Before that, he served in portfolio management, asset management, and other operational capacities domestically and internationally for multiple types of commercial real estate, including office, multifamily, and hospitality.
Angela Camacho
Principal
Angela Camacho is a Principal at GI Property Management and focuses on the operations of the real estate portfolio. Ms. Camacho is responsible for all day-to- day operations, personnel management, and new market expansion in that capacity. Before joining GI Property Management in 2022, Ms. Camacho held positions with Digital Realty, CBRE, Jones Lang LaSalle, Transwestern, and Douglas Emmett, managing many different classes of commercial real estate, including administrative, retail, Class A high-rise office, banking centers and mission-critical facilities. Ms. Camacho has spent the last 15+ years specializing in managing data center facilities, offering data center, colocation, interconnection services, and office and retail products to customers.
Owais Shaikh
Vice President of Technical Operations
Owais Shaikh is the Vice President of Technical Operations at GI Property Management, providing strategic leadership and oversight of mission-critical and non-mission critical facility operations across the company’s data center and commercial real estate portfolio. Mr. Shaikh spent the last 15+ years overseeing a diverse range of data center models including NNN, powered base, turnkey, colocation, and hyperscale. Mr. Shaikh has held key roles in design, construction, operations, and customer service with Digital Realty, ABM, Verizon, and IBM, leading teams and implementing programs that align technical performance with business objectives.
Anna Maitland
Controller
Anna Maitland is a Controller at GI Property Management, focusing on financial operations and strategic leadership. Ms. Maitland brings over 15 years of experience in financial operations, audit coordination, and reporting. Previously, Ms. Maitland was a Controller at Real Estate Shared Services, Chicago, where she focused on directing and supporting multifaceted financial operations and improving ROI through cloud accounting solutions.
Eleana Chou
Regional Manager, West
Eleana Chou is a Regional Manager for the West Coast at GI Property Management. In her role, Ms. Chou oversees operations at One Wilshire, San Diego, Northern California, and Seattle. She supervises critical infrastructure management, budgeting, capital planning and analysis, lease renewal and administration, and maintaining customer relationships. Ms. Chou started her career at Digital Realty and spent 11 years supporting Asset Management and Portfolio Management special projects and managing the Southwest portfolio, consisting of over 1 million square feet in Los Angeles and Arizona.
Kerri Constantine
Regional Manager, East
Kerri Constantine is a Regional Manager for the East Coast at GI Property Management. In her role, Ms. Constantine oversees operations in Massachusetts, Northern Virginia and at the National Institutes of Health in Maryland. She oversees critical infrastructure management, budgeting and forecasting, capital planning, lease administration and maintaining customer relationships. Previously Ms. Constantine was a Sr. Property Manager at JBG SMITH for 13 years.
Judy Pasika
Project Manager, Business Operations
Judy Pasika is a Project Manager in Business Operations at GI Property Management, focusing on process improvement, standardization, operational excellence, and property and technical operations data analytics. Previously, Ms. Pasika spent the last 12+ years as a Project and Program Manager at Digital Realty, managing strategic initiatives, global operations data metrics for 200+ properties and as a Program Manager for the Center of Excellence program.
